City of Snellville
Snellville has been recognized by Atlanta Magazine as one of six communities in the Metro Atlanta area with the lowest Personal Crime Rate. Atlanta Magazine publishes an annual article highlighting the "Best Places to Live" in Metro Atlanta. Snellville was honored in their 1994 Issue as one of the top spots to live.
The city hosts the annual "Snellville Days Festival" the first weekend of every May. This annual event has an old-fashioned parade down Main Street and a weekend craft fair.
